Exceptional service from reception to housekeeping. Chef MAN's amazing Chinese food kept me here. Staff created a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location near a metro station. Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Great pool and gym. Enjoyed a good breakfast selection. Hyatt Place excels.

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff members, who were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff significantly contributed to a positive experience. However, improvements could be made in terms of maintaining cooler room temperatures, especially during hot summer months.

The room was so cozy and spacious with a separate sleeping and living area. I loved the big comfy bed and the sofa sleeper in the corner – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The view of the pool from the floor-to-ceiling windows was just beautiful.

I personally found the street view a bit noisy, but I guess some people might enjoy the city hustle.

The buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise - the small selection of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were a cut above the average chain hotel. The veal bacon was a revelation and the eggs cooked to order were a game-changer, ensuring a great start to my day.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the check-in process. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay, and it would have been better if our request for a room on a higher floor or with a good view had been considered.

The service was super, with polite staff, and the central location was jaw-droppingly convenient, with easy access to the high street, several eateries. The staff members Anish, Abid, Mahendra, and Errol were all phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant staff, including Nadien, Ayoub, and a friendly Pakistani waitress, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the entire staff was amazing, always eager to assist. Highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay in Dubai!

I had a great stay in this hotel, located in a very convenient suburb close to the airport. It was perfect for me, as I could easily reach all of Dubai's major tourist spots with a short walk to the metro, and I felt safe walking around even late at night. The service and amenities were top notch, with everything from 24-hour room service to a car hire and tour services available. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I also really appreciated the lovely staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The staff were on point, always making sure we’re good. The location was super convenient, heaps of restaurants nearby and the metro just a quick walk away. The breakfast was top-notch, and we appreciated the extra efforts of the boys working there. Only downside was a bit of miscommunication at check-out, but nothing major, just a small blip in an overall fab experience.👍

I was pleased to find a supermarket within walking distance, which made it easy to buy any necessities I needed. Additionally, the hotel was close to the World Trade Centre, which was ideal for my exhibition. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were sufficient, and I enjoyed the variety offered. I had a pleasant experience.

If you plan on exploring multiple locations in a day, using the metro can be a much cheaper option. the rooms were incredibly nice, with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. the entire staff had a welcoming smile and were always ready to assist. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again.

During my recent transit stay in Dubai, I found the Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga to be perfectly located for quick and convenient access to key destinations. With only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, 5 minutes' walk to the Al Rigga metro station, and 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai, this hotel offers great value and easy transit in the heart of old Dubai.

During my stay, I encountered a minor inconvenience of no hot water in the shower for all three days. This was unexpected and detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay at this great-value four-star hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly because it provides a wealth of enriching individual experiences to both business and leisure travelers alike. The location is just minutes away from Dubai International Airport and key business districts, making it extremely convenient for my work trip.

The one service that I missed for my work trip was the availability of a business center for any urgent printing or office needs.

Loved the open-plan lounge with comfy sofas and iMacs, definitely a step up from the usual chain hotels. The 24/7 Jamaica Blue coffee shop was a lifesaver, and the morning sun at the small pool was a nice touch.

Just loved how the toothbrushes and phone chargers on the Odds & Ends menu were so easily forgotten. Hilarious.

My wife says that the hotel can enhance the family experience by adding a dedicated play area for children.

The room at Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga was fantastic! The spacious guest room with a king size Hyatt Grand Bed and a Cozy Corner with a sofa sleeper was perfect for relaxation. The large walk-in shower with a well-lit mirror and a full range of amenities made the stay very comfortable. Plus, the buffet breakfast at the sunny all-day dining restaurant was delightful with a wide range of options to start the day.

The only minor issue was the conflicting information provided by the staff regarding their policies and procedures.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, though a few furniture pieces could be updated. The food from In Room Dining was delicious, with generous portions and good taste. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the airport and the city center. We were particularly impressed with the lovely lady named Algerim at the restaurant who went out of her way to accommodate our request for a specific table. Additionally, the staff at breakfast, especially Ms. Mary Ann and Mr. Rabin, were helpful and friendly. The rooms were always clean thanks to Mr. Dinesh and Mr. M, and the lady operator and porters were incredibly helpful as well. Lastly, a special mention goes to Mr. Yubrash at the pool area for his excellent service.

We had a blast exploring all the cool places nearby like Deira City Center and The Dubai Mall, where we splurged on some sick shopping. Plus, Al Mamzar Beach Park was lit with its four beaches and rad bike paths. We had easy access to all the best attractions and shopping spots, making our trip totally gnarly!

The only thing we would've asked for is a better party scene for young peeps like us. A happening nightclub or some dope nightlife options would've added to the hype of our stay.
